• Saw palmetto is an herbal extract from ripe berries of the saw palmetto tree. It decreases prostate infl ammation and pain. It is typically used for treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH), infl ammation of the prostate gland, a common problem for men over the age of 50.
